Select Service Model
Choose the service structure that matches your operational scope. Each model includes object types, attributes, and relationships — designed for operational teams so you do not have to start from a blank screen.
Deploy Structure
LaunchPad installs the complete service model into your Jira Service Management instance. It creates a new service structure with all the object types, attributes, and relationships from the model you selected. It does not touch your existing data.
Activate Operations
Tickets route, ownership is assigned, reporting reflects reality. Open Jira Service Management Assets and your new structure is ready to populate. Start adding your services, teams, and relationships — manually, via CSV import, or through your existing discovery tools.
LaunchPad never modifies existing data.
LaunchPad adds structure alongside what you already have. It does not alter, overwrite, or remove any existing configuration, object types, or service data.
Safe to run on production. Every deployment is additive. LaunchPad runs on Atlassian Forge, so your data stays inside Atlassian infrastructure.
