This Privacy Policy explains how Let's Talk Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the JSM LaunchPad application ("the App").

JSM LaunchPad is an Atlassian Marketplace application built on the Atlassian Forge platform for Jira Service Management Cloud.

Our Role

Let's Talk Solutions Ltd is the vendor of the JSM LaunchPad app.

The App operates entirely within the customer's Atlassian Cloud environment. We do not operate independent application servers for the App and we do not host customer Jira data.

For most use cases, Let's Talk Solutions does not act as a data controller or data processor for customer service data stored in Jira Service Management.

The customer organisation that installs the App remains the controller of its Jira data.

Information the App Accesses

To function, the App interacts with configuration information within Jira Service Management Assets. This may include:

• schema names
• object type names
• attribute definitions
• relationship definitions
• configuration metadata

The App does not require access to customer ticket content, attachments, knowledge articles, or message bodies.

Information We Do Not Collect

JSM LaunchPad does not collect or store:

• service desk tickets
• attachments or uploaded files
• end user communications
• personal messages
• email content
• customer business data stored in Assets objects

We do not operate analytics tracking, advertising tracking, or behavioural monitoring within the App.

Where Processing Occurs

All processing takes place inside the Atlassian Forge platform and the customer's Jira Cloud tenant.

Let's Talk Solutions does not receive copies of customer Assets data outside the Atlassian environment.

No customer operational data is transmitted to our own servers.

Optional API Token

Some optional configuration features allow a customer to provide an Atlassian API token to create specific reference types in Assets.

If provided:

• the token is stored in encrypted Forge storage
• the token remains within the Atlassian Cloud environment
• we do not have direct access to the token outside the app context
• the token can be revoked by the customer at any time via Atlassian account settings

We never request Atlassian passwords.

Support Communications

If you contact us for support via email or the support portal, we may receive:

• your name
• your email address
• details you choose to provide about your configuration

This information is used only to provide support and resolve issues.

We do not sell or share support communications with third parties.

Data Retention

The App stores limited configuration metadata in Forge storage for installation management and deployment tracking.

This does not include customer service desk data or Assets objects.

When the App is uninstalled, this metadata is removed in accordance with Atlassian Forge lifecycle processes.

Third-Party Services

JSM LaunchPad does not integrate with third party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

The App communicates only with Atlassian Cloud services required for Jira Service Management functionality.

International Data Transfers

Because the App runs on Atlassian Cloud infrastructure, any data processing is subject to Atlassian's data residency and international transfer mechanisms.

Your Rights

Your rights regarding personal data are determined by your organisation's use of Jira Service Management and applicable data protection law, including UK GDPR and EU GDPR where applicable.

Requests relating to personal data stored within Jira Service Management should be directed to the organisation that controls the Jira instance.
